Founded in 1992, Liladhar Parab Architects & Designers Pvt. Ltd. (LPAD) is a multidisciplinary architectural and project management firm delivering innovative, practical, and people-centric design solutions.
Led by Ar. Liladhar Parab, a visionary architect with over three decades of experience, LPAD specializes in redevelopment, architecture, interiors, and project management consultancy (PMC).

Our Founder
Ar. Liladhar Parab
Every great firm begins with a great leader. LPAD is led by Ar. Liladhar Parab, the Principal Architect and Founder.
He completed his Bachelor of Architecture in 1989 from JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai University.
He was awarded the Jahangir Shroff Trophy for securing the highest marks in Design across Mumbai University
He also received the Late V.S. Gore Gold Medal for his design dissertation, “Marine Information & Research Center.”
Winner of the Bharat Petroleum Interior Designing Award.
After completing his education, he worked under the renowned architect Suryakant Pawar, where he gained experience on large projects such as the Grasim Township in Alibaug, Sharada Center in Pune, Savarkar Memorial in Dadar, and MGM Hospital in Navi Mumbai. In 1992, he founded LPAD and since then, has led the firm with his eye for detail, innovative vision, and commitment to excellence. His expertise lies in architectural design, project management, interior spaces, and redevelopment.
